As the construction works of the ZEISS OFFICES building are nearing completion, its tenants are actively preparing for its opening. Currently, about 85% of the total premises of ZEISS OFFICES have already been reserved by various companies, one of whom is the lighting solution design company PRO Gaisma who have now chosen the building as its new home.

The company PRO Gaisma provides services for designing electrical installations, lighting, and solar panels. The goal of the company is to create energy-efficient, sustainable, and financially beneficial solutions for each customer while cooperating with the leading industry manufacturers. "We chose ZEISS OFFICES as the new home for the company mainly because these are truly modern premises, and this place is easily accessible to customers. And, of course, because of the picturesque view of the Daugava, which can be seen from the office windows," says the head of the company's Power Supply Department, Auseklis Mūzis..

"The opening of ZEISS OFFICES will be the beginning of a new stage not only in the development of MŪKU SALA - it will also be a turning point for many companies that have chosen ZEISS OFFICES as their new home. ZEISS OFFICES will be a six-storey building with a total leasable area of 4,300 m2. The building is certified in accordance with the requirements of the BREEAM Excellent sustainability certificate and the project includes Class A energy-efficient air cooling, ventilation, and heating systems. The building of ZEISS OFFICES is named in honour of the Karl Zeiss optics factory, which was located in the same place at the beginning of the 20th century - references to the former building will also be found in the façade design of the new building. Currently, it is planned that the building will welcome its tenants in the summer of 2023.
