ZEISS OFFICES is a new, modern Class A building that preserves the historic aura of the former Carl Zeiss optics factory, but with modern construction solutions and the latest technology. In addition, the largest solar panel power plant in Riga is already operating on the roofs of MŪKU SALA office buildings, providing green energy to the tenants of the centre.
About the developer
The ZEISS OFFICES project is being developed by Mūkusala Business Centre. During the 20 years of operation, the developer has managed to revitalize the territory of Mūkusalas street, attracting some of the largest companies in the region in their respective fields, such as Tele2, ABB, Cognizant, Delfi, Bolt Services, Unifiedpost and Helmes Latvia.
Led by a professional and experienced team - Klāvs Vasks, the co-owner of Mūkusala Business Centre, and Iveta Bahmane, the Chairman of the board, the area is united under a single brand - MŪKU SALA, which includes not only the place as such, but also the business community and emerging projects that include not only ZEISS OFFICES, but also the construction of a student hostel and a multi-storey car park
